Corn Polenta

Polenta with pork and sausages

Preparing the sauce:
Put in a pot the vegetable oil, add celery, carrot and onion and saute until they turn golden brown. Add a little ‘white wine and let evaporate. Then put the ribs along with large salt and pepper and let it brown. When the ribs are browned add the meat broth to finish cooking. Add the tomato and sausage, leave over the heat until fully cooked tomato.

Preparation of corn polenta:
Put in a pan of water and salt when the water boils add the polenta. Stir until completely cooked (about 40 minutes). Before serving, let the mixture stand for a few minutes.
