The main theme of this edition was <strong>'Food for the future: the impact of women on sustainable food systems'.<\/strong> The BIOFACH Congress dealt with controversial topics in the organic sector. In addition to the transformative power of women within the food system, topical issues such as political conditions, the future of the specialised organic trade and organic food in mass catering were addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We too were present with our contribution and the quality of our products.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dal 13 al 16 Febbraio 2024 a Norimberga si \u00e8 tenuta la nuova edizione di\u00a0BIOFACH, la principale fiera sul biologico agroalimentare. Oltre al potere trasformativo delle donne all&#8217;interno del sistema alimentare, sono state affrontate questioni di grande attualit\u00e0 come le condizioni politiche, il futuro del commercio specializzato biologico e il cibo biologico nella ristorazione collettiva.
