The Piconi Agricultural Company is built on a well-established farming tradition. It was founded in 1968 by Mr. Danilo Piconi, who decided to personally manage his family’s land, combining sheep farming with the cultivation of arable crops. Encouraged by the results, he expanded the business by growing legumes and cereals, selling them directly to retail outlets.

The company was subsequently passed down from Mr. Danilo Piconi to his son Alessandro Piconi in 1997. A few years later, a new facility was built for the processing and packaging of raw materials, ensuring autonomy and a short, controlled, and certified supply chain.

The journey undertaken by this family is reflected today on our tables, with wholesome and flavorful products such as lentils and spelt.

From producer to consumer is not just a saying for the Piconi Agricultural Company. From plowing to sowing, harvesting, and packaging, we oversee, carry out, and guarantee every step of our agri-food supply chain.
