Ingredients:
500 g. Cicerchia (Soak for 24 hours) , mixed with fried meat, 500 g. of sausages, 2 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato concentrate, water as needed, rosemary, pieces of bread, salt.
Directions:
After having left it soak 24 hours, boil the Cicerchia for around 2 hours. After, put it in a pan with olive oil and add chopped sausages. After that, add chopped tomatoes at the sausages and finally the cicerchia, and let it flavor. To finish, add the tomato sauce to the mixture, water and a bunch of rosemary. Serve the dish with croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.
