250 g of Ciavattoni beans, (Soak 12 hours), extra virgin olive oil, pepper as needed, balsamic vinegar or lemon to taste, 1 Tropea onion, 1 portion of tuna, Anchovies, Celery, Salt.
To prepare the Ciavattoni Bean Salad we have to start by soaking the Beans for at least 12 hours. After the basic cooking, season with extra virgin olive oil, pepper, balsamic vinegar or lemon, add the very thinly cut onion, tuna, anchovies, chopped celery and the sale.
