Cannellini Beans have a thin and elongated shape, they are glossy white. These beans are very healthy, they have many nutritional properties, they are excellent for soups and soups but also good for preparing tasty salads.

250 g of Cannellini Beans (Soak for 12 hours), 120 g Tuna in drained oil, 1 Tropea red onion, Extra virgin olive oil to taste, Salt.
Put the Cannellini Beans to soak for at least 12 hours. After this time, transfer the beans to a saucepan and let them cook for about 60 minutes. In the meantime that the beans cook, we can prepare our dressing: chop finely the Tropea onion and put it on a serving dish together with the previously drained tuna. When the Cannellini Beans are well cooked, remove them from the pot, drain them and let them cool. Once cooled, add them to the seasoning by adding sale and oil. The dressing can choose according to your tastes, you can add cherry tomatoes, rocket or black olives.
