500g of cereal soup (no need to soak), 1 onion, 150 g of sweet bacon, 200 g of zucchini, extra virgin olive oil, 1 vegetable nut.
We prepare a sauté with extra virgin olive oil, onion and bacon cubes. Add the zucchini cut into small pieces and leave to stew for a few minutes. Combine the soup with cereals and cook for 5 minutes, then add water and the vegetable nut. Let it cook on moderate heat for 30 minutes. Serve as desired.
