500g of zuppa del nonno (soak for 12 hours), 200 g of peeled tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 celery, 1 bunch of chard, 2 potatoes, 2 zucchini, Extra virgin olive oil and salt.
First of all cut all the ingredients into small pieces, pour the celery, carrot, onion, potatoes, chard and zucchini into a pan, then add the soup (previously soaked for 12 hours), peeled tomatoes, sale and oil. Add the water and let it boil slowly until the ingredients are fully cooked (about 90 minutes). Serve a treat with Parmesan.
